Why are there no prices on this page?
Every business has different workflows, team sizes, and automation needs. We quote a fixed price after the Audit so you know exactly what your build and monthly run will cost. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no surprises.
What is included in the monthly Run fee?
All AI usage costs, platform hosting, third-party tool subscriptions, voice minutes, text messages, change-request hours, monitoring, and support. One predictable fee with no usage metering.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. After the Build phase completes, you move to monthly Run billing with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We export your data and configurations.
What happens if I need more than the included change-request hours?
Most clients stay within their included hours. If you need more, we can add hours at a predictable rate or discuss moving to a larger plan with more included capacity.
